The interview process is pretty average. It was lengthy. Every step was told to me a week prior to the interview. I had to do 4 rounds of interviews. That went very well.

Tell me about a time you disagree with your leaders. What did you disagree with, how did you handle it and what was the out come.
Straight forward and easy if prepared. Behavior questions. Situational leadership questions. Definitely prepare for situational leadership questions. They can be tricky but at the end of they they want to know the situation, how it was handled and the outcome.
