Phone screening was great, recruiter was very kind and seemed genuine. One of the nicest recruiters I have done a phone screening with before. Moved on to an interview with the two team members. Both people were very monotone, cold-faced in the interview. Scheduled for an hour but finished in 40, Half was generic STAR questions like "Name a time a projects goals were changed when you had already made progress." Or "What is a time where you had to be creative with an Ad-Hoc request". Definitely do some brushing up on work projects you have done in the past that could be used as an example for many different questions. The "Technical" questions were not any actual testing, just asking my comfort level in different things such as SQL or PBI.

Very messy company. Received a call from a recruiter after applying (with no email follow up) and then it was close to impossible to getting in touch with them again. We finally connected a week after the call, they asked some behavioral questions and they were apparently ‘taking notes’ for the manager (weird). Recruiter was supposed to let me know within 3 business days if I was selected for the following step, a panel interview and then there was going to be yet another interview with a manager. Three weeks go by with no updates whatsoever until I got a random email from now a different recruiter asking to schedule a 30 phone interview (aka step 1, which I had already done with recruiter #1). So they were starting the process all over almost 2 months after applying after I had already received an offer somewhere else. No thank you. Red flags all over, very messy process from the beginning.
