The interview was pretty easy. I didn’t have much experience in garden, sales or home-improvement sales but I did have a lot of experience in customer service. They pretty much just took me into a room asked if I could do the job, and when I said yes, they said they hire me. I was offered another job that were more to my interests and skill levels so I declined the offer.

Horrible, I had to wait for someone to interview me. They were running late, and when he arrived, we had the interview in the corner of the break room while associates were on their lunch.
Quick question and answer type of interview. As long as you have gardening experience you will be fine. Nice employees in the garden department and decent pay offer. Very flexible time off.
