Online Questionnaire that was extremely long but very easy to guess the correct answers. Then a follow up interview with the HR manager in the store. Took almost three weeks from the day I filled out the online application until the day I was offered the conditional hire (upon clear drug screening/background check). Be ready for a long process but the higher hourly pay made it worth the wait.

Be prepared to answer questions about how you dealt with situations where a customer asked you for information that you did not know the answer to in the past. For example, "In your previous job at XXX tell me about a time when a customer asked you if you could special order widgets in a purple color? How did you find the answer to the customer's question?"
I was lead into the staff area and given a basic interview. The interview was easy with mostly questions about how I would react to certain situations. An example was “how would I react to a customer trying to steal?”
