I applied online. I interviewed at Lowe's Home Improvement (Gainesville, VA) in Dec 2022
Interview
I was interviewed for overnight sticker/receiver. I was asked 3 questions and then was asked about my availability. I honestly think I took longer waiting to meet the interviewer than the actual interview took. I never got any update on the status of my application although I called several times within 2 weeks. I kept getting told I would be called back.

I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Lowe's Home Improvement (Milford, CT) in Feb 2020
Interview
Applied online I got a mass email over a month after I initially applied to attend a "hiring event" and that I would receive an interview.
No where in the email did the mention me by name instead it was an impersonal forward string with 10+ other people attached.
I arrived early to the event to my surprise I was the only applicant there
They had me fill out basic availability paperwork and then had me interview.
It was a basic interview of about 8 questions but very impersonal the interviewer just asked basic questions and filled out a corporate scoring sheet while interviewing me.
After the interview I was told I would hear back by the end of the week!
However that was not true after multiple follow up emails I haven't received any word in almost a month in the mean time I accepted another offer with a different company but I was never notified to my current standing with Lowe's
It's a shame they don't extended a common courtesy to tell you if you got be job after taking time out of your day to interview with them!
