Interview process is pretty easy. You interview with the Store Manager. After the interview, you are either offered the job, wait to hear back or receive and email explaining why you weren’t chosen.
The interview consisted of a phone screening with a talent acquisition representative who shared job parameter information and then scheduled a second interview. Second interview was with the store manager and consisted of behavioral questions.

I was interviewed by a store manager in person. The recruiter also joined in via zoom but was simply their to observe and added helpful info towards the end of the interview.
