First I took the personality and skills test then interviewed with the Department Head and Store Manager all in the same day. After the process was over, I was told by HR that they would call me about a week later . They were doing a background check on me.They called me within a wteek and said to come in the following day. I went in and did an oral drug test and they told me to come back in two days. When I returned I was told that I was hired and told to report for orientation the next day. Did orientation for about a week and was put on the sales floor.
