The phone interview was good. The interviewer asked the appropriate questions and was professional. The next step was to copy edit some Lowe's ads and item descriptions -- but without having knowledge of Lowe's particular style. I felt it was scored unfairly for not being entirely familiar with their page settings and style. The ads were inconsistent (the way numbers were written out, etc). It was a disappointing experience. After the "test" I check Lowe's website for the latest/weekly ad ... and what do you know .. inconsistencies all over. Perhaps they were scoring by that and not an actual copy-edited version.
