I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Lowe's Home Improvement (Mooresville, NC) in Aug 2011
Interview
The interview process was interesting. I found the job first through a random scanning of websites for freelance. I came into the interview to apply for a contract position. I figured there would be one or 2 people in the interview. There were 8 people in the interview. All managers. All asking relatively normal questions. The 8 people threw me a little, but the interview went well. Overall, it wasn't a bad experience. I only had one interview and was in the office by the end of the month.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Lowe's Home Improvement (Mooresville, NC) in Dec 2013
Interview
I was contacted by a recruiter, I was originally told there would be a phone interview, then if all went well I would go in for an on site interview. I was called by the recruiter and told Lowe's wanted to skip the phone interview and go straight to the in person interview. I didn't mind this at all, it was very relaxed and got to meet some nice people.
