Interview
Had an appointment at Store and interviewer was 20 minutes late. Confusion among managers while I sat there waiting. Interviewer did majority of talking on a typical day would be like at Lowes in this position. Looks at my resume and says would you be willing to take $16.50 per hour. I go how’s $17 hour - let me get the ok from management and get back to you. Asked me what size polo? At the end of interview - I asked when will you get back to me with an answer - tomorrow morning was told. Late Afternoon Got the phone call - have too many people on payroll right now (14) to be exact and we wouldn’t be able to match your $17 requirement We’re not hiring right now. . 2 Days later at same store exact same job posted again.
