Interview
Step 1: Apply online. Take a rather lengthy assessment test. It takes about an hour to complete
Step 2: Get a call to come in for an interview. Meet with HR manager & ASM.
Step 3: Get called back for second interview. Once again meet with HR manager. During this step I also met the Store Manager. Take drug test by having inside of mouth swabbed.
Step 4: Upon clean drug test go back in and meet with HRM to accept job and sign paperwork.

Many scenario based questions. Example: Describe an example of a time that you had to deal with a dissatisfied customer. What happened, what did you do & what was the final outcome.
