I was greeted by a store supervisor. Then I was given an employee document to state my days and hours I will be available to work. Afterwards the interview started with questions about my job history and performance skills working with a team and with customers.

The head manager did my in person interview. It was scheduled by phone the same day that I applied online. It was conversational and fairly brief. I was asked a few questions and asked to write down my availability.
