Very simple and relaxed. Since they typically accept anybody, the interview questions are very easy and they are very easy. I interviewed in 2019 and it was very easy. The interview only took 5 minutes max, but waiting could be an issue as a store could be short staffed

Basic question on experience and knowledge of sales or services. Very flexible on schedule and availability electronic paperwork. Over all quick and easy if excepted you do have to take a drug test takes only 10 min and sign a few papers

It was very easy, he looked over my resume and to explain each of my points on my resume and asked for my availability. He was not prepared for the interview when I got there though. I had to wait about 45 minutes.
