After applying for a cashier position I quickly received a request for an in-person interview via email. I accepted and selected my day/time. It was easy. The interview went well. Unfortunately, they did not have the curtesy to follow up.

After that, you’ll have an in-person interview with the hiring manager covering customer service, teamwork and basic job capabilities, with questions like how you’d handle a price dispute or a short register drawer.

They asked me personal questions like hobbies I do and stuff outside of work. Asked about prior experience. The usual stuff. No questions like what would you do in this situation.
