I got the call from recruiter and he scheduled the interview for the next day and i have given the interview and it went well and got the feedback on same day after 1 hour then he scheduled for the next round for next day. I appeared for the interview but the interview went well there is a place i stuck for alittle bit but i eventually got into the final output without any help and i answered all the questions asked to me, In the interviewer himself told me there is a lot of work here to do and asked me a problem he faced in his current project i also advise him with my expertise. Thats it. i called the recruiter multple times but he never pciked up so i left him a message. After 2 days he replied that the feedback is negative. Feels like a ghost interview, please do not waste your time here. They are not hiring.

Interview
I recommend starting by checking LinkedIn to research the IT department at the Charlotte Tech Hub. It's important to note that it won't matter if you are qualified. They seem to be primarily focused on exclusively hiring South and East Asians. Therefore, if you are American, your chances of being hired are low, especially for lead roles, where it would be nearly impossible to be selected.
If you are comfortable working under the influence of former WITCH and H-1B alumni who have advanced their positions through nepotism, this may be the place for you. However, if you are seeking a fair and equal interview process and true American culture and diversity in the workplace, you may want to consider other options.
