I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Lowe's Home Improvement (Apex, NC) in Apr 2020
Interview
Very simple and easy going in terms of conversation. Was during peak of COVID in 2020 so they were hiring anyone who showed up and could pass a drug test (or so it seemed). Did drug test on the spot with their kit as someone sat with you in silence and waited to see the results which was quite odd and uncomfortable.

Interview
Straight to the point , focused on summer availability so that they would know how to map your schedule out weeks in advance . Along with with a focus on exhibiting positive customer service.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Lowe's Home Improvement in Oct 2014
Interview
After submitting my application online I was called about 3 or 4 days later to come in for an interview, I interviewed with the HR manager and one of the assistant store managers. (They no longer do two interviews). The questions themselves are thought provoking and require long answers, you can come back to questions but its best to answer them to the best of your ability the first time. Make sure to fully explain yourself and be confident in what you're talking about. They both went smoothly and I was offered a job before I left. I came back at the end of the week to confirm, take a saliva drug test and approve a background check. Both took about a week to process and when they comeback they schedule an orientation with you
