It was my first job so the interview process was pretty nerve-wracking but the employers looking to hire me really liked my personality and gave me a shot at customer service in one of the busiest departments of the year (Outside Lawn and Garden). Looking back they asked very basic normal interview questions and I couldn't answer a few because I had no previous work experience with customer service.

I applied online and after 4weeks got a call for an interview. I interviewed with the HR manager and department manager. They both explained the job details and that the interviews are rated on a points system. the candidate with the most points gets the job.
