You will be asked a few basic questions. Topics consists of customer based focus and teamwork areas. Be honest and openly, mostly just be yourself. Talk about past successful experiences you’ve had that relates to the job your applying for.

Interview
Straight forward interview with only behavioral questions. I would focus on STAR method as they ask for examples for each question they ask. Only one interview for the position and it was with the merchandiser lead who was very kind.
Good and quick. Interview occurred within a week of applying and questions weren’t difficult at all in my opinion. Would prefer if you have experience with warehouse vehicles. Would do again.
