Group interview with 5 other candadites had 1 suprivisor and HR manager there. Asked normal interview questions, ie. describe a time when.... . Then had a second phone interview a day later with another manager (might have been store manager).
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Lowe's Home Improvement (Dayton, OH)

Easily communicated questions. It was one interview and it took around a half hour. They didnt walk tou around it was just in the office. They said I would be driving the truck and have a helper to supervise over.
