Phone interview with a recruiter then an in-person interview with department manager and clinical coordinator. Generic interview questions - what is something that you find stressful? Describe a time change happened how did you deal with it? How did you work with a difficult co-worker?
I applied online. I conducted a phone interview with the ER director. Basic questions were asked regarding my experience. It was finished by asking what type of cookie I would be and why. It was a pretty straightforward process.
