Interview
There were 2 interviews as far as I got. First was a screening call with a recruiter that was basic questions about my experience and crews. Recruiter was able to answer all my questions in a screening call. For the 2nd interview, It was a 2 hour call with multiple QA team members (2-3 at a time). They asked a number of creative questions that really made you think. Overall it was an enjoyable experience.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Lucid Software (Provo, UT) in Nov 2021
Interview
The interview was long and abstract. Great people and great opportunities, but a lot of the questions were obscure in ways you felt you couldn’t answer correctly or understand the goal. Wish they would shorten the interview process and get back to candidates sooner.
