Interview
I applied online by emailing the store directly. Within days I got a phone-call back for an interview. The interview was easy and quick, you can tell that they've been recruiting lots of people that week, so I wasn't surprised I didn't get the call back
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Tell me about yourself
What can you bring to the team?
What do you know about the company?
What do you hope to gain from the company?
Once the questions were over, you have to pick an outfit for different occasions. (ie a young man hanging with friends, a girls night out etc). Just remember to look around to add anything to the outfit! Belts, hats, jewelry etc
Casual and the interviewer was extremely kind and welcoming. Questions were fairly basic - tell me about yourself, strengths and weaknesses, etc. I thought that this interview was way less stress than other companies and the work environment was great!
Super easy and asked interesting questions. It was with the assistant manager of the store. Just prep interview questions and you will be fine. As long as you come off prepared and wiling to work you will be fine.
Conversational, made you feel at ease. Asked about yourself, your qualities and why you think you're a fit in this store. They look for sociable employees that are able to stay with their customers and provide constant attention, service, and style advice.
