HR contacted me for a phone interview. On the day of, they emailed me 20 mins after, to notify that they were running late due to a meeting. I responded immediately after agreed to reschedule and provided my next available date. They replied 2 days after with another date/time. On the day of, she called me 20 mins late. They accidentally introduced themselves from another company brand. The conversation lasted 30 mins, they were sneezing on the phone during the interview. I was told that they needed to fill this position "yesterday" and that I should check in with them in 3-4 days. They said that they would call, since the team was traveling it may take additional time. As suggested, I sent a follow up email within 3-4 days. I had no response. I had another interview with the same company about a year prior, we had to cut the interview mid-way. They realized that they made a mistake, the position I was applying for was Associate Product Development and not Production. I don't think they viewed my resume thoroughly.
