I started an application online, but didn't end up finishing it. Two hours later I got a call from the manager saying she saw I started my application and was interested in scheduling an interview. She was really sweet and soft spoken. We made an interview in the next few days. I showed up about 7 minutes early, I've been told that's supposed to look better, and she was on a conference call meeting. So I walked around the store and waited. She came out and shook my hand and was very friendly. We went in the back and talked for about a minute. She asked if I was still in high school and realized I'm not 18, and ended up apologizing for making me come out, because that means she couldn't hire me. She was really sweet about the whole thing, but I wish the website would have warned me.
Casual and the interviewer was extremely kind and welcoming. Questions were fairly basic - tell me about yourself, strengths and weaknesses, etc. I thought that this interview was way less stress than other companies and the work environment was great!
Super easy and asked interesting questions. It was with the assistant manager of the store. Just prep interview questions and you will be fine. As long as you come off prepared and wiling to work you will be fine.
