Interview
The first interview was a group interview. There were six of us so we got split up into two groups; one headed by the area manager and one headed by the store manager. I had to wait 40 minutes because apparently they were waiting for someone to come back from break so they would have adequate coverage. One girl from my group ended up bailing before the interview started (I don't blame her) so we were down to two.
They asked pretty basic questions and the interview only took about 10-15 minutes. I got a call the next morning asking if I wanted to come back for a second interview. The second interview was the next day (two days after the original interview) which required me to pick out an outfit for a "girl that needed something to wear to work"...I picked out my outfit, and gave the reason as to why I picked it and was pretty much hired right after that.

What is a time in which you gave exceptional customer service?
Casual and the interviewer was extremely kind and welcoming. Questions were fairly basic - tell me about yourself, strengths and weaknesses, etc. I thought that this interview was way less stress than other companies and the work environment was great!
Super easy and asked interesting questions. It was with the assistant manager of the store. Just prep interview questions and you will be fine. As long as you come off prepared and wiling to work you will be fine.
Conversational, made you feel at ease. Asked about yourself, your qualities and why you think you're a fit in this store. They look for sociable employees that are able to stay with their customers and provide constant attention, service, and style advice.
