I had the absolute worst interview experience at their corporate headquarters. I arrived early to the interview. When HR came to get me they escorted me to a conference room that was filled with people in a meeting. HR told the people in the room that she needed it for an interview. They then proceeded to get into a fight over who should be allowed to have the conference room. During the heated discussion the first person I was scheduled to meet with came and got me. He took me to the employee kitchen and proceeded to interview me. During the interview someone started taping a box with a tape gun and it became very difficult to talk over the noise. He then took me outside to the patio. It was over 100 degrees outside that day. When I finished with him I went to HR to meet with them. I waited almost an hour for HR to meet with me. During my discussion with HR she told me she would send me an email detailing the companies benefits. I was scheduled to interview with someone else after HR but because HR took so long to meet with me she went over her alloted time and the other person I was going to met with left. She had to go get him. I met with the next person for over an hour. After I spoke with him I was told HR would come back and meet with me again. I waited another hour. At this point I had to pull a snack out of my purse and eat something because I had been there so long. The HR assistant eventually came back into the room and told me "You can just leave now." You really can't make this stuff up! The interview process was scheduled to take 2 hours but I was there almost 4 hours. After this ordeal HR never contacted me, never forwarded me the benefits information. Nothing! It was such an unbelievably unprofessional experience.
