I applied online and stopped by the location, after a one on one interview we began the paperwork for employment. My store manager was less concerned with my work history, rather testing to see if my goals and personality would fit well on their team.

My manager was very focused to maintain a like-family staff. I can't testify to how it works at any other location, but our hiring process was influenced to look for a willingness to learn and a willingness to serve.
The interview process was very straightforward, the manager was extremely helpful. They maintained themselves in a professional manner and responded back to my application very quickly. After getting back to me, they ensured that the meeting schedule would be accommodating for my time.
