Interview process was very relaxed. I had my interview with the DM. I was running my own business at the time. He questioned me about the ins and out of my business even looking at my business cards and using the QR codes on it to go on the website.

Applied online and got a call for an interview. Had really bad experience . Had interview at 12.30 pm , manager asked me to come after 20 minutes and when i went back the person working their told me to wait (i waited like another 20 minute) . Then some other person came in to take interview, at the end of the interview i asked him some question about the company and he was like "its my first day here" . Really unprofessional and manager was so unprofessional. She calls me and ask me to come in for interview and she didnt have time for interview. bull*** . They dont care about persons time. I cant even imagine working there.

I received a call the next day I submitted my resume. Had a interview on a Monday and manager stated the full-time position was filled and a seasonal ASM was all they had. Manger stated that the position was filled on Friday , the day after she spoke with me and confirmed my interview for Monday. She took a note pad out but didn't write anything down, nor did she ask any questions. But we did talk for 30 minutes. South park mall in Charlotte NC.
