I applied in-person. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Lucky Brand (Dallas, TX) in Dec 2007
Interview
The interview process was extremely easy going. The company and its employees are very relaxed and comfortable. I was asked pretty standard questions during the interview process and nothing that threw me for loop. It was very straight forward and they were mainly just looking for someone who then knew would fit in.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Describe and ethical conflict you have faced and how you handled it?
Casual and the interviewer was extremely kind and welcoming. Questions were fairly basic - tell me about yourself, strengths and weaknesses, etc. I thought that this interview was way less stress than other companies and the work environment was great!
Super easy and asked interesting questions. It was with the assistant manager of the store. Just prep interview questions and you will be fine. As long as you come off prepared and wiling to work you will be fine.
Conversational, made you feel at ease. Asked about yourself, your qualities and why you think you're a fit in this store. They look for sociable employees that are able to stay with their customers and provide constant attention, service, and style advice.
