My interview process was great. I saw the job posting on LinkedIn. I found out who the district manager was and emailed her checking to see if the position was still available. She wanted me to meet with her at the store. Later in the week we met and sat and talked with her for a good while. Then she wanted me to meet with the store manager. I sat and talked with her for a little bit and did a selling drill (picked out outfits as if a customer was looking) Just so happened the regional manager came by the store so I got to meet him as well. Like any interview I was a little anxious. But they wanted to make sure I would be happy working there as well. I got a call back three days later.
