Interview
The interview process was casual, easy, and not intimidating. Being assertive and ready to learn was important to them. In addition, I had to create and outfit from the store after being given a scenario form the interviewer and then sell the outfit to that person. That involved explaining why it was appropriate for the hypothetical person and situation. Don't be afraid to pick up expensive products from the store for this section of the interview! They were impressed that I picked up an expensive jacket and incorporated it into the sales pitch.
Casual and the interviewer was extremely kind and welcoming. Questions were fairly basic - tell me about yourself, strengths and weaknesses, etc. I thought that this interview was way less stress than other companies and the work environment was great!
Super easy and asked interesting questions. It was with the assistant manager of the store. Just prep interview questions and you will be fine. As long as you come off prepared and wiling to work you will be fine.
Conversational, made you feel at ease. Asked about yourself, your qualities and why you think you're a fit in this store. They look for sociable employees that are able to stay with their customers and provide constant attention, service, and style advice.
