Interview
I applied online and got a call for an interview the next day. It was a group interview with 3 other girls. The woman conducting the interview was really nice and only asked two questions: tell me about yourself and why should i hire you? She gave all of us applications to fill out after the interview and told us that she would call all of us by the end of that day to let us know whether we got the job however, I never got a call so I take it that I didn't get the job.
Casual and the interviewer was extremely kind and welcoming. Questions were fairly basic - tell me about yourself, strengths and weaknesses, etc. I thought that this interview was way less stress than other companies and the work environment was great!
Super easy and asked interesting questions. It was with the assistant manager of the store. Just prep interview questions and you will be fine. As long as you come off prepared and wiling to work you will be fine.
Conversational, made you feel at ease. Asked about yourself, your qualities and why you think you're a fit in this store. They look for sociable employees that are able to stay with their customers and provide constant attention, service, and style advice.
