Mine wasn't very long. They're most gauging your personality. Be energetic and happy. Dress in Lucky Brand attire, or as close to it as possible. Keep good eye contact and be charismatic. They can always train you to sell. They can't train a personality.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Name a situation where you went above and beyond for a sale.
Casual and the interviewer was extremely kind and welcoming. Questions were fairly basic - tell me about yourself, strengths and weaknesses, etc. I thought that this interview was way less stress than other companies and the work environment was great!
Super easy and asked interesting questions. It was with the assistant manager of the store. Just prep interview questions and you will be fine. As long as you come off prepared and wiling to work you will be fine.
Conversational, made you feel at ease. Asked about yourself, your qualities and why you think you're a fit in this store. They look for sociable employees that are able to stay with their customers and provide constant attention, service, and style advice.
