Interview with the store manager, and then the district manager. The store manager was super sweet and asked questions based off of my resume. You need to provide them 2-3 references before employment. DM will also ask a lot of questions - especially past management experiences, or situational experiences. You will also do the 'Lucky Impression.'

Applied on Craigslist before they switched to an online application. Had a sit down interview with the Store Manager and then a phone interview with the District Manager. Focus was on your selling experience. MUST KNOW FASHION!
