Interview
I was pretty nervous about the interview considering its Lucky Brand, a really popular and expensive brand. However I worked at Macy's before and I worked with lucky brand merchandise for over a year! The store manager was really great and super nice! She was laid back and just asked me some experiences with customer service and how I handled certain situations. Then she took me onto the floor and told me to pick out an outfit for her as if she was a film industry new employee at her job. She really liked the outfit I chose for her! And she asked me about how many hours I wanted and she called me 3 days later and offered me the job! Very excited to work for this company.
Casual and the interviewer was extremely kind and welcoming. Questions were fairly basic - tell me about yourself, strengths and weaknesses, etc. I thought that this interview was way less stress than other companies and the work environment was great!
Super easy and asked interesting questions. It was with the assistant manager of the store. Just prep interview questions and you will be fine. As long as you come off prepared and wiling to work you will be fine.
