Lumen interview questions

The interview process was easy. First you have to make a video answering some questions. They are the STAR style interview questions. After that, the interview was a panel of 3 managers. The hiring manager was not really honest about the reason the previous person left the position. I feel like I was mislead.

The process includes an initial application followed by an IQ exam and submission of a recorded self interview in which you as the potential employee provide timed answers to a predetermined set of questions. Lastly, there is a panel interview for the specific position of interest.
