Groups were scheduled in blocks. We were told to bring a copy of our resumes. Interviews were first come first serve. When an interviewer was available we were lead through a call center. My original interviewer had to deal with an overflowing toilet so I was led to another room with two women. It was a pretty standard interview.

It was fast and they will let you know the decision fast as well. Once you apply, it took me less than a week to schedule the interview. They did a screening phone interview first and then a in person interview.
