The interviews spanned for over a month with sporadic contacting and rescheduling. Naturally, as a job seeker, you adjusted but an interview at 7 pm on a Friday seems not only out of character but almost have zero concern for the person interviewing. I went through 1 recruiter interview, a phone interview, and an in-person interview. The craziest thing I have ever seen was go to an interview and the Manager interviewing me showed up in a T-shirt and shorts! I mean, wow! After being told that I was a great candidate several times and that they had high interests in me because of my experience, silence. I followed up with an email, not a response a week later. The crazy thing is that I noticed they just reposted the job. I'm not sure what they want but it leaves a bad taste when they cannot even respond to someone that they obviously misled through a month worths of interviews.
