Interview
The interview was fairly conversational in general. There were two phone interviews initially to gauge my interests and skills and while there was a panel interview, I got a chance to learn a lot about the company and the role there.

How did you handle errors in one of your software projects?

Interview
I was approached by their HR for software engineering position through referral. The overall process was horrendous to say the least.
Pros:
1. It's a great startup where they genuinely care for each other.
2. A lot of robotics/EE/CS Master's/PhD holders. You'd love the interaction with their technical staff.
3. New Ideas are encouraged and fostered.
Cons:
1. Recruitment team: Extremely irresponsible and sluggish.
