Was approached by the senior technical recruiter from Luminar's Orlando office for a phone screen and set up a time to do so. When the time arrived, no one called. Reached out to the recruiter by phone and email within 10 minutes of waiting to verify whether the interview would still take place. Left a voicemail. Its been two days and no response received as to what happened or whether they were interested in rescheduling. The interview was for a Director level position and if this is how they treat Director level applicants, its a very telling sign of how poorly they conduct business on the whole.
