I have never experienced such a congenial, and welcoming process from a prospective employer. The recruiter was incredibly thorough, friendly and helpful. She was very instrumental in my decision making process. She was quick to follow up and expeditious in the process. I have never had a better experience and don't know if one is possible.

Question 1
I very much appreciated a question on how I have dealt with a difficult employee in the past. I take pride in my management style, and as such feel that my response was truly appreciated. All questions were very valid and relative to the position I was applying for. I felt as though I was having a discussion with an old friend.
