Interview
First they interview through zoom and then you do a shadow day to get a better feel of the floor, patients and coworkers. I was there for about 4 hours and it was a great amount of time for me to get a good experience there. I loved it and I only declined it for a different hospital for a different unit of my liking.

Interview
The interview process moved along quickly and efficiently via a nurse recruiter who works for the organization. Interviews are still over Zoom as of now. Interviews are with the nurse manager/clinical supervisor.
