Luminize Marketing interview questions

I made it to the last round and didn't receive an offer. I liked the HR manager and two internal directors I met; I found each of them to be intelligent and fairly transparent. I did find it odd at the time that there were no Glassdoor reviews for a company of this size, but I was determined to make my own assessment. The final round with one of the cofounders really put me off. His tone immediately felt dismissive and authoritative in a way I didn't feel with the previous hiring managers, as if he was trying to quickly establish my place in the pecking order. He asked me to list my entire work history AND the exact start and end date with each company, writing it down on a notepad as we went. This felt fairly condescending to me, especially given that all this info is readily available on my LinkedIn and resume, which he clearly didn't review beforehand. The interview as a whole felt very hardball to me and more like an interrogation than a conversation. I didn't get any sense of why I as the candidate would want to come work here, and the general office vibe in my brief visit was certainly not giving off a fun and enthusiastic energy. I would urge anyone seeking a new role in general to trust your intuition - I'm not saying this company would be the wrong place for everyone, but I certainly didn't a good feel from the place. Also they're fully onsite, and I got the sense this stemmed more from lack of employee trust among the leadership than anything else.

First interview great HR was friendly and helpful, second interview with GM set expectations that were not real " We will contact in a couple of days" and ghosted. Sent follow up email told me they would give me more news the next day, that was 2 weeks ago. After that they removed the job listing from Linked in and then re-uploaded with a lower salary than the one before.
