The first interview was done on a video call at which the hiring manager was five minutes late to. She proceeded to have me continue with the interview process by creating a mock sales pitch in writing to two physical therapists to try to persuade them to work for Luna. The next stage of the interview process was reaching out to two different members of her team to give a sales pitch over the phone. The whole process took a few weeks and the hiring manager said they were currently reviewing candidates and hadn't made their decision yet. I never received an answer to whether I got the job or not. This was an extremely unprofessional experience considering the time and effort taken into this opportunity.
