Interview Rounds – The process was fairly conversational rather than overly formal, which helped me get a real sense of the team. I went through a recruiting screen, followed by a hiring manager screen. There were also subsequent interviews with other internal stakeholders and a final round with the director of my department. Every interviewer was engaged and transparent about both the opportunities and challenges of the role that I was applying for. . Decision & Follow-Up – While startups can sometimes be a bit fluid in timelines, the recruiting team did a good job of keeping me updated and answering any lingering questions as I went through each round.
