profile selection...waiting for candidates .... call from company for interview.. HR introduction .. technical or subjective interview. then wait for 2 hour and then lunch and tea and final second selection list here no one get out and final for Location head he will also see some candidate and he select all and Hr will conduct another interview for money bargaining the he will select finally

Question 1
The most difficult and unexpected question was a bunch of "What if" and "An example of when..." kind of behavioral questions. I should have prepared these, I had not and really was stumped and ended up giving them real examples and expressed my honest opinions (not a good idea esp if you are opinionated like me).
