Interview
I have a brief contact with the HR ladie, and she told me a few information about the process and that they want to relocate you to Poland without paying your flying tickets.
That´s was not the first bad news. After that I have talked 1 hour and a half with a Engineer about Java technologies and frameworks. It's like a spreadsheet with many questions, how linkedList works, HashSet X LinkedHashSet. It's annoying. After that the HR communicate that they are going to low the salary (They use their own currency in Poland and converted to Euro is a very low salary for europe).
After that I was supposed to have a code interview and the interviewer made the same questions that the other guy for a hour, no code at all. I give up to participate of the hiring process, too annoying for a bad salary.

son 4 entrevistas, la primera es con el reclutador algunos te hacen preguntas en ingles otros no, la siguiente es la prueba técnica que consiste en preguntas teóricas en mi caso Java y prueba de código, luego con el manager la utlima se suponia que era con el cliente pero el cliente cancelo la vacante
