I applied through other source. I interviewed at Luxoft in Sep 2020
Interview
2 Rounds
Technical and managerial
Technical round consisted of two phases one with company employee and the other one with client.
After client interview there was managerial interview.
Post selection there was offer discussion to address all questions regarding salary, process and other policies.
One hr technical interview with two interviewer. Automation, Java 8 features, scenario based interview questions were asked.
Panel was separately targeted on Manual testing and Automation concepts, including background you have described.
Being contacted by HR, discussed about my knowledge, everything looked like a great fit. I was asked about salary compensation, a good fit too. Ended with the promission that a follow up will be available soon, but no response received anymore. I tried to contact them, their response was that the position is on hold, as they consider to use an internal employee for this position. Still, the job is available on the hiring platforms. Why would you do that? 0 honestly from them, unprofessional.
Basically 2 rounds, One at the Luxsoft and second with its client
First interview is like casual discussion with basic questions on JAVA and testing
Second: Unfortunately the position got closed from the client end so could not attend
