Interview Process Overview: The interview process at Luxoft was straightforward, consisting of one technical interview, an interview with the product manager, and a final stage client interview. Technical Interview Experience: During the technical interview, I faced two coding questions: one in Python, which I found straightforward, and another involving a C++ implementation of a movie queue with priority members. I successfully passed this stage. Interview with Product Manager: The interview with the product manager proceeded smoothly, where we discussed the role and projects. Recruiter Communication: However, communication regarding the final client interview was lacking, leaving uncertainty about the next steps. Despite my efforts, the recruiter's responsiveness was inconsistent, which was disappointing. Overall Impression: Despite positive experiences with Luxoft, including the technical and product manager interviews, communication gaps regarding the final interview scheduling were noted. If not for these issues, the interview process would have been excellent. However, due to recruiter ghosting and communication issues, I would rate the overall experience as average.
