I had a technical and HR interview. The technical interview was with a nice young guy that explained everything very detailed. I was asked basic questions about OOP, SOLID principles, Design patterns, Databases. HR interview on the other side was really disappointing. The lady was grumpy and unclear with the questions. Asking basically the same questions using just other words. For example I was asked a few times about my previous experience even though this is an internship and it says that no previous work experience is needed. At the end she gave me a feedback that I'm not good for the position as I don't have enough work experience and probably I will be waiting for someone to tell me what to do, instead of deciding on my own. Well after all, I thought that's the meaning of internship- to have a mentor and daily tasks until you reach a certain level.
